My coaching involves 10 minutes a day plus a 30 minute online zoom meeting every week. You’ll sign in to an app each day, complete optional lessons and you’ll have a habit to complete based on our chats during sessions.
People who have tried dieting to no avail, feel overwhelmed by sorting out their eating and find themselves stuck in a plateau do really well with me. This will change your body, but it will also heal your mindset.
I can also work with athletes looking to use nutrition to enhance performance. Chat to me if you are looking to train For a specific sporting, athletic or figure competition.
This isn’t for you if you’re looking for a highly restrictive, fad diet. Results will vary according to your consistency and investment in the coaching process. With good consistency, you can achieve very significant body recomposition in 2-3 months. I offer 2 week free trials to non-athlete clients, but ask for a minimum of 3 months commitment to benefit.
Figure athletes with specific timelines will see results within the time necessary. I ask for 4-6 months minimum commitment if this is your goal.
